The Brighton Festival presented 40 minutes of Ed Hughes's new opera Cocteau in the Underworld, in collaboration with ROH2 OperaGenesis on 4 May. The sold-out performance in Brighton's Pavilion Theatre was fully staged and lit and featured tenor Owen Gilhooly as Cocteau.
